I am an educator with a true passion for the changing our perspectives on education.  Technology has changed our world, lifting the limits we have traditionally faced as educators and as learners.  This new world is changing how we learn, how we teach, and how we live.  I strongly support the reform of traditional education into rich 21st-century learning experiences for every learner.  These robust experiences should and will be the norm.

I am fortunate to currently work for a district that is helping lead this revolution by providing innovative and authentic 21st-century learning experiences.  Our world has changed tremendously, and I’m proud my district recognizes the importance of providing an education that’s not just relevant, but real.  It’s time to toss out what is considered traditional education.  Does that truly set kids up for success?  Let’s reconsider how to prepare our learners for the world of tomorrow, not yesterday.  I hope to inspire educators to rethink their perspective on traditional education and work towards redefining tradition.  Let the revolution begin.
